با این که مفهوم بهره وری همیشه مورد بحث بوده، اما اغلب در آن ابهام وجود داشته و درک آن مشکل بوده است. در عمل، این همان فقدان دانشی است که نتیجه نادیده گرفته شدن نفوذ بهره وری در فرآیندهای تولیدی توسط برخی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد معنی اصلی بهره وری و همچنین ارتباط آن با واژه های مشابه دیگر است که می تواند در مباحث تعاون نیز بکار برده شود. یافته ها نتیجه بررسی بهره وری بر اساس ادبیات دهه گذشته می باشد. مقاله توضیح می دهد که چگونه محققان ابهام مفهوم بهره وری را توضیح داده و یک واژه شناسی جدید برای آن ارائه می نمایند.

Abstract: 

The existence of a successful internal and global experience in establishing an energy management system, based on ISO 50001: 2018, is an acceptable method for organizations to reduce their energy as well as environmental costs. In this standard, the methodology to promote energy management in organizations is presented. In a sense, improving energy PERFORMANCE leads to a reduction in consumption and, consequently, the energy costs are organized as such. On the other hand, as well as raising competitiveness of the organization, and improving its profitability, it also covers part of their environmental commitments. This standard creates a framework for a systematic energy management in industrial, commercial and governmental organizations/institutions. The energy baselines, PERFORMANCE INDICATORs, targets and energy PERFORMANCE monitoring are important parts of this standard. In this study, using actual energy consumption data and by identifying effective factors influencing on this parameter, a model has been developed for targeting, PERFORMANCE monitoring and compilation energy bases in an administrative building in Tehran. Results show that the proposed model/methodology and its information can be used in any similar building in any geographic region.

Abstract: 

In this work, the PERFORMANCE of two treatment plants in the City of Mashhad, one with an aerated lagoons system and the other one with waste stabilization ponds system were evaluated in regard to their efficiency in reduction of pathogenic microorganisms. For this purpose, over a period of one year (with 15-days intervals), samples were taken from the influent and effluent (prior to disinfection unit) of the above mentioned treatment plants. The samples then were analyzed for parameters such as temperature, pH, density of total coliforms (TC) and fecal coliforms (FC), dissolved oxygen and total suspended solids concentration. The results indicated that the aerated lagoons system was much more efficient in removal of INDICATOR bacteria than the waste stabilization ponds during autumn and winter periods. However during the summer months, the waste stabilization ponds showed a higher efficiency in this regard. In general, the waste stabilization ponds system reduced the density of TC and FC by 0.21-2.15 log10 and 0.20-2.33 log10, respectively. In contrast, the levels of reduction in aerated lagoons system were in the range of 0.29-2.03 log10 for TC and 0.42-2.40 log10 for FC. Results indicated that solar intensity, pH and dissolved oxygen concentration were found to be the most significant parameters that reduced the microorganisms population in waste stabilization ponds, While, in the aerated lagoons system, the dissolved oxygen concentration in aerated basin and solar intensity play the most important role. In general, without receiving an adequate disinfection, the effluent from waste stabilization ponds and aerated lagoons cannot provide the microbiological standards required for irrigation of agricultural crops.

Abstract: 

This study presents the adsorption PERFORMANCE INDICATOR for the evaluation of thermal power plant CO2 capture on mesoporous graphene oxide/TiO2 nanocomposite. To begin, this adsorbent was synthesized and characterized using N2 adsorption-desorption measurements (BET and BJH methods), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) and FT-IR spectroscopy. Subsequently, the pure single-component adsorption isotherms measured at 298 K and the Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (IAST) solved with direct search minimisation were applied to estimate the selectivity of the synthesized mesoporous graphene oxide/TiO2 nanocomposite for CO2 over N2 and predict CO2 adsorption capacity in the CO2: N2 binary gas mixtures, including the molar ratio of 5: 95, 10: 90 and 15: 85. Finally, the results validated by the breakthrough experiments at a fixed-bed column were applied to estimate the Adsorption PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (API) for the evaluation of CO2 separation from N2 in the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process with respect to different types of thermal power plants.

Abstract: 

The research aimed to determine the best components of Malaysia-Counsellor PERFORMANCE INDICATOR in measuring the counsellor’s PERFORMANCE in Malaysia. This is the first development phase of the M-CPI. This study involved two type of research designs; quantitative and qualitative approach (Mixed Method). The quantitative data has been obtained from 102 respondents and interview with eight (8) counsellors from different settings. Stratified random sampling technique was utilized to select the respondent and proportional stratification was used to determine the sample size of each stratum. A Need Assessment questionnaire has been developed by the researchers as well as the protocol interview. These two instruments were developed based on the literature reviews of previous instruments that have been invented from the western perspective to measure the PERFORMANCE and competency of counsellors. The results of the study were analysed using the descriptive analysis and thematic analysis. Findings have shown that majority counsellors possessed knowledge and skills in conducting counselling session. Most counsellors in the study demonstrated good interpersonal relationship, interaction, multicultural and religiosity and ethics and professionalism. Through this study, to measure the PERFORMANCE of counsellors, the researchers have found that they must equip themselves with knowledge, skill, interpersonal relationship, interaction, multicultural and religiosity and ethics and professionalism aspects. Based on the interview data, there were new  components that have been identified to be added in the Malaysia Counsellor PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (M-CPI) which include knowledge (theoretical and knowledge transfer), skills (case management, practical skills and academic/professional writing), interpersonal relationship and interaction, cultural and religiosity, professional roles and expertise, ethics and legality, attitudes and personality, referral and articulate philosophy of profession. In future, research should also focus on the validity and reliability of the components listed in the M-CPI.

Abstract: 

Background and aims: Continuous improvement in safety is one of the important goals of successful organizations. The traditional method for assessing safety PERFORMANCE is the statistical analysis of incident data, which is known as lagging INDICATORs. The use of lagging INDICATORs cannot be useful since the goal of establishing a safety management system is continuous improvement. The purpose of this study is to provide a leading INDICATOR for assessing the safety PERFORMANCE of the organization. Methods: The present research is a mixed method study with the approach of the human factors theory that includes the organization, environment and individual factors. In this study, a scale developed and validated for assessing the factors affecting the safety of the organization. The fuzzy hierarchical process (FAHP) method was used to the weighting of the constructions In order to demonstrate the effect of different structures of the proposed scales on the safety PERFORMANCE index. Results: a scale was developed with 83 items after the interview process to examine the factors affecting safety PERFORMANCE. Based on the results of face validity 6 items were eliminated. The mean value of the instrument's validity index was 0. 77. According to the results of the fuzzy hierarchical analysis, the organizational factor with the highest weight load of 0. 503 was the highest and the environmental factor with a weight of 0. 173 had the least effect on the score of the organization's safety PERFORMANCE index. Conclusion: Analysis of the study data showed that the designed scale is an objective and simple tool for evaluating the factors affecting safety PERFORMANCE and can be useful as a future PERFORMANCE INDICATOR for assessing the organization's safety PERFORMANCE.
